Digitalising Europe’s railways: what’s in for passengers and freight?

The railway is a sustainable and futureproof mode of transport both for passengers and freight. To make the railways in Europe futureproof and to fulfil the ambitious goals of the European Green Deal a push of digitalisation is needed.

The South Tyrolean Presidency of the Brenner Railway Action Group, consisting of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano/Bozen and the Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture of Bolzano/Bozen, cordially invites you to the event "Digitisation of European Railways: What's in it for passengers and freight" at the European Committee of the Regions in Brussels and online via video conference. The event will highlight concrete solutions and projects for the digitalisation of European railways, focusing on the cross-border issues of modal shift from road to rail and intermodality. 

The event will be held in English, German and Italian. Simultaneous translation will be provided.
